Artist's Inspiration

A master of light, Karen approached capturing this image as if she were photographing a traditional landscape. She arranged the light source at a “low” time of day to capture shadows and highlights that occur at dawn and twilight, thus establishing depth and dimension that seem to “undulate in hills and valleys” throughout the image.
